Refund policy

At House of Falguni, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. This policy explains our returns, refunds, and what to do if an item arrives damaged.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
The following items are non-returnable: earrings, and any items purchased on sale or at a discount.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email or WhatsApp.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.
